Todd Anderson — “Trucker Dad”
Founder, Operator Workbench

Operator Workbench LLC was founded by Todd Anderson, a professional truck driver with more than 20 years of experience in the trucking industry. After years behind the wheel, Todd saw firsthand the challenges drivers face every day, from managing loads and tracking income to navigating the demands of running a business on the road.

That experience inspired Relay, our first major product: a driver-focused tool designed to make everyday trucking tasks simpler, more organized, and more manageable.

But Operator Workbench is about more than trucking. We're building practical software, exploring privacy-focused technology, and developing educational resources with one goal in mind: creating useful tools that solve real problems for real people.

A Mission That Hits Close to Home

Family is at the heart of why we do what we do. Our family's experience with breast cancer has made supporting awareness and research a cause that is deeply personal to us.

As Operator Workbench grows, we plan to dedicate 5% of our annual revenue, beginning when Relay reaches 1,000 users, to breast cancer awareness and research into the CHEK2 gene. Our goal is to turn the growth of our business into something that can make a meaningful difference beyond technology.
